Support the conversations.
Help the stories grow.

Introduce your brand through Sous les Aurores, or create content with us to tell the story of your business.

From Oslo, we prepare, record and edit our conversations in video and audio. Brands and organisations can support this work or commission us to create content of their own.

Ways to work together

A clear approach.
A collaboration that fits.

Sponsor an episode

Support a conversation

Introduce your brand to the people who watch and listen to us.

A sponsor message presented by Lucie and/or Alban in the video and audio episode, with a link to your website or offer in the description.

A mention in the short clips can complement the sponsorship where it makes sense.

Sponsor several episodes

Build a regular presence

Let our audience get to know your brand over time.

Your brand supports several episodes over an agreed period. Together, we decide on the schedule and the messages presented.

This support can also help us travel to record conversations outside Oslo.

Create content for your business

Tell your story

Put a face to your business and make what you offer easier to understand.

A filmed conversation about your journey, short clips or reels focused on a service: we plan, film and edit the content we agree on together.

For your website and social channels, with the possibility of sharing it on ours when the project fits.

For every collaboration, we agree on the content, schedule, publishing platforms, usage rights and reporting. Use in paid advertising requires a separate agreement.

Our audience

Who follows
Sous les Aurores?

Our audience follows us in French, through both video and audio. The data available shows a strong base in France and different age profiles across platforms.

A French-speaking audience

France is the leading country in the figures we have collected. Norway is our starting point, but our conversations reach beyond the experience of moving abroad.

More than one generation

Most of our Instagram followers are aged 25–44. On YouTube videos, people aged 55 and over account for a substantial share. Audience profiles differ between platforms.

Audio has its own place

People also follow our conversations as audio podcasts. For the interviews we studied, listening continues to build in the weeks after release.

For a brand, the value lies in being part of this world: lived experiences and intimate conversations hosted by Lucie and Alban, about life abroad, relationships and personal journeys. Together, we choose the formats and platforms that suit your project.

A few audience figures
  • Instagram: 63% of followers are in France and around 55% are aged 25–44, as of 7 October 2026.
  • YouTube, “Videos” category: around 69% of views with country data come from France; around 59% of views with age data come from people aged 55 and over. Period: 9 July to 6 October 2026, excluding Shorts.
  • Audio: around a third of first-month listens arrive after the first week, using the median across the ten interviews studied.

Source: platform figures collected in October 2026. Audio study of ten interviews released between December 2025 and September 2026, recorded on 11 October. Followers, views and listens are different measures; they do not form a single combined audience. These figures do not establish the audio audience’s demographic profile or whether the same people return to listen.

The figures to help you decide.

On request, we share the audience information available and recent results for episodes and clips, keeping audio, video and social platforms separate.

Our values in practice

Take the time.
Protect the trust.

We choose collaborations that fit our world and are useful to our audience. Partnerships are clearly identified, and we keep our editorial independence.

Sponsoring the podcast and commissioning content for your business are different arrangements. Sponsorship does not buy an interview in our independent conversations.

Let’s take the first step

Tell us about your project.

Introduce your business, your goal and your timeline. We’ll share the relevant audience information, then a proposal setting out the content, its uses and a budget.
